REED Education are looking for outstanding, adaptable, and dedicated candidates to work as paid Primary Tutors in Croydon!
The National Tutoring Programme is a government scheme to benefit pupils who have fallen behind in their education due to unforeseen circumstances. REED Education are currently recruiting for several Tutors in your area with the knowledge and experience to be able to progress the pupil’s learning whilst enriching your professional development.
To be an NTP Tutor you will need to be one of the following:
- Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalent; ideally English, Maths or Science specialism
- Graduate with a degree in English, Maths or Science
- Teaching and Learning Support Worker with relevant qualifications or at least 6 months experience
Essential Criteria:
- A strong competence for using IT
- Access to a laptop/computer with working microphone and camera
- Access to a stable internet connection
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
- Experience working in a classroom setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Valid teaching certification is preferred, but not required
