SalaryWe are looking to recruit an experienced Surgical Theatre Manager to work for a market-leading private hospital group. You will be based in a state-of-the-art hospital in West London where you will lead a clinical team specialising in plastic surgery and cosmetic treatment.
You will be heading up an experienced team of Scrub Nurses/ODP's providing operational and clinical support to surgeons, doctors and the wider team to deliver various specialist procedures in theatre. With 12 clinics currently providing services across the UK, you will be joining a fantastic provider with an excellent reputation in the market.
Criteria for this Theatre Manager opportunity:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) / Theatre Practitioner with current NMC PIN or HCPC Registration
- Management and leadership experience
- Passion for high quality patient centred care
- Strong supervision and clinical leadership skills
- Fast thinking with the ability to solve problems under pressure
Responsibilities for this Theatre Manager opportunity include:
- Demonstrate leadership and promote and encourage quality team work
- Work in unison with Head of Clinical Services
- Supervision of specialist procedures in the theatre room
- You will work to ensure that all staff members contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the hospital
