Theatre Practitioner (Anaesthetics and Recovery) post is for 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday between 8 am - 7pm internal rotation within theatres.
There is a Opportunity available at Wrightington Hospital (Centre of Excellence) for you to join a highly motivated, multi-disciplinary team delivering quality patient centred care and patient safety throughout the patient pathway.
Following the Pandemic we are seeking to appoint Registered operating department Practitioner/Registered nurse with Band 5 experience working within the theatre environment and have the ambition and desire to develop your skills within such an environment.
Evidence of qualifications will be requested at interview and during the onboarding process.
• Acting as a catalyst in questioning expert professional knowledge within the team influencing application of theory in practice.
• Identifying, maintaining, evaluating and improving the quality of care through application of evidence based practice within the clinical area.
• Developing sound clinical skills and competency within their defined field working without direct supervision to ensure the application of professional standards in all aspects of care delivery within the clinical environment.
• Demonstrating awareness of the appropriateness of transferable skills when providing individualised high quality patient care
