Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Scrub
Location: Swindon, Private Hospital
Salary: Up to 36,000 per annum
A unique opportunity awaits an experienced and dedicated Theatre Practitioner specializing in Orthopaedic Scrub procedures at a distinguished Private Hospital in Swindon. The hospital is actively seeking an individual to join their dynamic Theatre team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute Orthopaedic Scrub procedures with precision, adhering to established protocols and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of the operating theatre.
  • Collaborate effectively with the surgical and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and safe patient care.
  • Provide patient education on pre and post-operative care and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of procedures and patient records.
  • Contribute to maintaining a sterile environment in the operating theatre.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards related to surgical procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications as a Theatre Practitioner with a focus on Orthopaedic Scrub.
  • Proven experience in conducting Orthopaedic Scrub procedures, preferably within a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and confidentiality.
