We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and ambitious Deputy Managerfor a new residential children s home in Maidstone (Kent).

You should have a proven track record as a Deputy Managerof Good or Outstanding graded homes and be able to demonstrably meet the abilities, values and skills needed to thrive in this this role.
You will be required to share On-call responsibilities with the Registered Manager.
The ideal candidate will as a minimum the hold the Level 3 Diploma in Children s Residential Childcare and ideally have completed the Level 5.
