We need a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our Therapy Services team, which offers holistic assessments and interventions with people in their own homes who have various health, social and housing issues. You will work with Occupational Therapists who will provide all the supervision and support you need to carry out your job. Your role will include working with people who may need home adaptations, equipment, technology enabled care or other kinds of help to boost their independence, safety and wellbeing. Your duties will include visiting people in their own homes, doing assessments, making intervention plans, giving advice and support, working with other professionals and organisations, and keeping accurate and timely records.
