SalaryI am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor position located in Liverpool, responsible for overseeing inquiries through social media channels. This role presents a significant opportunity to join a renowned and established company, providing a platform to enhance one's knowledge and skills. The position is a full-time temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Candidates with experience in TikTok are particularly preferred. Hours: Full time
Hourly Rate: £11.50
Responsibilities:
TikTok Social Media Management:
- Oversee TikTok social media activities during both morning and afternoon shifts to ensure up-to-date content.
Cancellation and Return Management:
- Efficiently handle TikTok cancellations.
- Manage TikTok returns, both on the platform and with physical returns received.
Continuous TikTok Chat Monitoring:
- Monitor and respond to TikTok chats throughout the day to maintain real-time updates.
TikTok Review Management:
- Oversee the management of TikTok reviews to uphold a positive online presence.
Order Handling:
- Manage orders throughout the day.
- Responsible for uploading tracking information associated with orders.
Arranged Handover Orders:
- Facilitate the smooth execution of arranged handover orders.
Customer Service Support:
- Assist the customer service team during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via email and other social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
