The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic UK TikTok LIVE Vertical Creator Manager to help us acquire & grow Gaming & High Following Influencers, influencing them and coaching them to go LIVE consistently.
Responsibilities:
Gaming
- Perform Research & Discovery on the current TikTok LIVE Gaming ecosystem, design, deploy & launch a SOP for Gaming Creator recruitment, onboarding & growth. Set timelines, goals and KPIs (#Creators recruited, Expected Revenue Growth).
- Work together with our Acquisitions manager to recruit Gaming talent both on & off platform. After recruiting creators - execute the SOP, including providing 1:1 and 1:many training and educational workshops to manage creator content and improve livestream sessions. Provide account support to creators to refine their content quality, performance, reputation and to drive monetisation in the Gaming vertical.
- Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance, iterate the SOP as needed.
- Collaborate with other EU Regions & our campaigns team to develop specific campaigns to incentivise these creators to go LIVE consistently, promote with Creators existing market campaigns.
- Ensure presence in major gaming conferences, tying these to on platform campaigns to drive Gaming Creator monetisation growth.
- Work together with our Acquisitions Manager to develop & grow our High Followership Influencer program. Co-develop the program, owning the Creator coaching workstream, having a clear action plan in place for post-Acquisition actions in order to keep these Creators motivated and drive retention.
- Set clear timelines, goals and KPIs (#Creators recruited, Expected Revenue Growth).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Talent/Influencer/Creator management, preferably on a Content Platform and in the Acquisitions space. Existing Gaming Creator / High Followership Influencer network a plus.
- Proven project management, process management & organisational skills. Able to parse & digest data quickly in order to facilitate decision making.
- Ambitious, result-oriented, good data analysis skills. Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment, stretch revenue targets and cope well under pressure.
- Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications.
- Professional, patient and skillful communication. Able to build relationships, respect & trust with Creators in a short space of time.
