NCHA are looking for an experienced Tiler Plasterer/Multi Trades person to join our in house repairs team.

About the Job

As an in house Tiler, Plasterer/Multi trades person with NCHA you will provide excellent maintenance services to NCHA's customers in NCHA managed properties.

This will include but not limited to:

• Tiling/Plastering/Multi Trade installations for the purpose of upgrades, maintenance and repairs
• Working with the other trades in the team to make sure work is completed efficiently and on time and offers a value for money and excellent customer service to our customers
• Completing all necessary documentation and records both manual and computerised within timescales
• Managing stock and supplies so that works are not delayed

This is a full time role 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

About you

You will need:

• NVQ or Equivalent qualification in bricklaying/plastering
• PASMA trained as well as understanding and experience of working to current health and safety requirements
• Full UK driving licence
• Extensive experience post qualification in the relevant trades
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, and personable in nature - understands what good customer service looks like.
• Able to work collaboratively with the wider team
• Organised and good timekeeper
• Good IT skills to enable the use of electronic data recording
• Ideally you will have previous experience working within a repairs service for a social landlord
