Asset Performance Coordinator

£25,944 per year

 

Temporary position for up to 12 months

 

 

35 hours per week, Monday - Friday

 

We have an opportunity for an Asset Performance Coordinator to join our Disrepairs Team of 6 based in Worcester. The team is responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient management of disrepair cases from start to finish, acting as a key link between our customers, colleagues and contractors. The team is part of the wider Property Services function and as Asset Performance Coordinator, you will work with a specific regional team and will support other regions to provide a seamless countrywide service within Sanctuary.

 

The role of Asset Performance Coordinator will include:

  • Ensure that all disrepair cases are logged, data kept updated to provide assurance / accurate evidence of all stages of the process are being followed.
  • Key stakeholders engaged and each stage of the disrepair process overseen from start – finish ensuring that any issues or blockages are escalated and actioned proactively.
  • Data entry and management of information held on a variety of IT systems and documentation (i.e. Excel, Sharepoint, SAP etc)
  • Outlook mailbox management and proactive communication with colleagues to obtain updates and follow up actions, including problem solving for example no access, mobilising contractors, ensuring surveyors post inspect works.
  • Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including, but not limited to customers, Regional Operations Managers, surveyors, Legal Team, Regional Housing Teams, contractors etc

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or transferrable experience / skills
  • Experience of maintaining accurate records and information
  • Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workload in support of team targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience of data entry and analysis
