Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality cutting tools, based in the Warwickshire area.
They are currently looking for a skilled Manual Machinist with experience on Cutter Grinder machines.
Commutable from Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Southam and Wellesbourne.
The Role - Grinding Machinist:
- Setting and preparing the machine for grinding operations               
- Grinding, deburring, and polishing to bespoke design specifications
- Carrying out maintenance of grinding machine and cutting tools
- Working to engineering drawings
Experience Required - Manual Grinder
- Previous experience as a Cutter Grinder
- Previous manual machining experience
- Previous experience re-sharpening tools
- Have the ability to understand engineering drawings and tight tolerances
- Applying health and safety practices as per the company standards
The Package - Cutter Grinder Manual Machinist:
- Starting pay rate up to £16 per hour
- Overtime at x1.5 above 36.5 hours
- Day Shifts - 4 or 5 day week available - Flexible working hours
