Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Torque Converter Machinist to join our dynamic team in Cannock. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of top-tier Torque Converters for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up machinery for the production of Torque Converters according to technical specifications.
• Monitor machine operations, ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimise production efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Torque Converter Machinist or similar role within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• NVQ Level 2-3 certification in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining machining equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
