The Reward and Budget Manager will lead on strategic compensation projects, helping to shape the way we attract, engage, develop and retain our people.

Requirements

The role is responsible for developing our internal reward framework in relation to the management of our job profiles and compensation grading. The Reward and Budget Manager will carry out benchmarking and market rate data activities and ensure we have a fair and consistent alignment across all our job families and roles.

 

In addition the Reward Manager will own the people headcount budget providing support with monthly/quarterly costing for Remco as well as assisting with the annual compensation and talent review process. This position will manage the day to day people budget requests, track all savings and spend, and advise as appropriate on all payroll related costs covering any proposed synergies and efficiencies linked to our annual budget and reporting for our investors.

As our Total Reward and Budget Manager you will manage the Total Reward and work with the HR Director, other key stakeholders and partners within our business.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

·       Experience within a People Operations function

·       Experience of compensation strategy, benchmarking and salary surveys (Uk and Europe)

·       Experience of budget management and working closely with a Finance function preferable
