Our team plans and delivers bespoke travel itineraries for schools, clubs, universities and armed forces teams around the globe. Our events division coordinates experiences for fans watching live sport to major events around Europe, the US and Australia.
The Role
As a Tour Coordinator, you’ll work directly with our customers to piece together extraordinary itineraries to include transportation, accommodation, excursions and live experiences, all whilst delivering phenomenal customer service at every stage.
Attention to detail is essential, ensuring that trips are delivered professionally and to the clients' needs an expectations. You’ll need great customer service skills to build outstanding relationships with our clients and suppliers, and be able to work as a key member of our operations team. It’s fast paced, so you’ll need to be organised, great with time-keeping and task management and be competent in using online project management systems.
You will report to the Operations Manager who will support and guide you to achieve your goals, and work towards achieving the business’s customer service and profitability targets. Your contributions will not go un-noticed, and are represented in the smiles of our customers as they return home. Our team know how to celebrate success together, as well as how to learn from our mistakes.

Previous experience in an operational role is preferred, but demonstrating the essential skills and a love of travel are essential for us. A full training plan will be in place for your first 12 weeks to equip you with the tools needed to excel in the role. We believe that the ultimate training plan is to get out and see the products and trips that we operate, so a desire to travel the world is a must!
