Town Planner

The Company

The client, a multidisciplinary team of Town Planners, architects, surveyors, urban designers, landscape architects and environmental specialists, is looking for a Senior Planner to join the Planning team. Successful candidates will be a Chartered RPTI Professional (or working towards) with an accredited planning degree (or related qualification). You must enthusiastic, client focused, and have experience in a graduate planning position within a consultancy.

The Position of a Town Planner

The position as a Town Planner is for a proactive individual with a personable attitude. The successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to further progress their career and work on exciting projects. As a Planning Consultant, you will be meaningfully engaged in developing the company's client base, enhancing the company's reputation, and an active member of the team. You will be responsible for responding to client planning enquires, producing tender documents and negotiating with statutory consultees.

Essential criteria for a Town Planner

• RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
• Demonstrable relevant experience.
• Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
