Town Planner

Are you a Town Planner keen to work clientside?

Our client is located a very short walk from the train station with a quick and convenient commute to/from Oxford, Aylesbury or High Wycombe. If you are driving then this role is perfectly suited to candidates based in the home counties. This is a permanent position.
Our client is a family-owned and run business that has been operating for over 30 years and has established a reputation for constructing homes of outstanding quality and superior specification throughout London and the Home Counties!
You will work closely with the land and technical team primarily tasked with discharging planning conditions and managing s106 obligations. You will also assist in the preparation of planning applications, provide pre-application planning advice, local plan monitoring and site appraisals.
In order to apply you should hold a Town Planning degree (or related degree), experience in a town planning role at either an LPA, Consultancy or Developer with local knowledge preferred. You should have good knowledge of the planning system, hold excellent organisation and communication skills and a full driving licence.
Rewards:
-Basic salary guided at c£40,000pa (dependant on experience).
-Annual bonus.

-The role is largely office based with some flexible working.
