An excellent opportunity has become available for a Town Planner to join a UK leading Property and Planning Consultancy in Oxford. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work as part of a growing team while working on medium to large scale residential, mixed use and commercial projects.
Within the role the successful Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects including preparing and submitting applications and appeals and liaising with clients.
For this position candidates are sought with a minimum of one year's planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment however candidates with public sector experience are also encouraged to apply. It is likely that the successful Town Planner will be working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RTPI.
