I'm looking to fill the position of Town Planner/Senior Town Planners either in Leeds or Manchester on a permanent basis.

My client is an independent planning consultancy working on a wide range of projects all across the UK. We are looking for candidates who have recently become chartered and from a Private Sector.

We are looking for the following:-

• 3+ years post-Masters qualified
• Member of the RTPI
• Drivers licence
• Residential experience
• Development management procedures experience
• Local plan promotion expertise
• Appeals experience (preferable)
