Penguin are working with an established consultancy based in the Preston area who are looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join the team. Having been in the industry for over 20 years you will be starting your career with the support of chartered Town Planners. My client works on a wide range of projects such as housing, commercial, employment and heritage.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner who have completed or soon to be completing an MSC in the Town Planning field. Ideally the successful candidate will have undertaken a work placement in a Private Consultancy.
Your day to day duties will consist of working on planning applications and development proposals working closely with local authorities and clients.
