Town Ranger

A position has become available to join a small team that is dedicated to keeping Rugby town centre safe, clean and friendly.

Providing a visible presence in the town centre, proactively engaging with businesses, residents, visitors, the Police and other organisations to encourage a more positive sense of community. Patrolling on foot, being active in the reduction of low level crime and antisocial behaviour as well as providing Emergency First Aid and assisting in delivering the company’s marketing campaign and events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, be able to interact in a tactful and diplomatic manner. Have strong customer service skills, be flexible and reliable and able to maintain written records.

This position would suit someone with a background in the security/customer services sector. This is an SIA licensed role, a Door Supervisor Level 2 badge holder would be preferred, though training would be provided for the right candidate.

Must be physically fit and enjoy working outside in all weathers. Full uniform and training are provided .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,336.00 per year
