Position:Specialist Support Assistant
Location: Alternative Provision in West Leeds
Pay: £85-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
About the Role: Join our dedicated team in West Leeds, where you will play a crucial role in supporting students with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, and other SEND. As a Specialist Support Assistant, you will provide tailored assistance to help each student reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEND.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic support for each student.
- Utilize your skills to adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
