Currently looking for a Trade Counter Assistant to join a long standing business based in the Uxbridge area. You will be working within a small and close knit team that have a all hands on deck approach to the working day. The company have a vast product range so ideally would like to meet with candidates from the building trade who have some previous industry knowledge.
Role responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and sales support
- Prepare and submit sales orders and invoices
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
The ideal candidate:
- Previous Trade Counter experience is essential
- Basic math skills for order processing and calculations
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Ideally a car driver
**Please note – Working hours for the role are 6.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday**
