You will be working within a parts environment and the key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Receiving, sorting and storing goods for orders and deliveries.
- Accurately processing order request.
- Picking, packing and checking customer orders in a timely manner.
- Greeting and serving customers at the Trade Counter.
- Updating systems accordingly.
- Providing quotations and following up on customer orders.
- Sourcing and ordering non-stocked items from other branches or suppliers.
- Communicating with customers via the telephone and via email.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines, including PPE usage.
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Assisting in other warehouse functions and processes as and when required.
The key requirements of the role are:
- A good standard of education, including proficiency in maths and English.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Proven experience in a similar environment.
- The ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
