Trade Counter Sales Assistant

Newstaff Employment services are recruiting for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant on behalf of our client in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire AL7

My client is a well established family run business based in Welwyn garden city, who are seeking an experienced Trade Counter person to join their team.

They are seeking an individual ideally with experience of working with any Trade Merchant or worked on a Trade Counter recently.

Must be computer literate have Word and Excel and have a confident telephone manner, be a team player, reliable, honest and flexible.  

Duties to include:

Taking inbound calls from tradespeople and consumers • Checking stock via the system or by going into the warehouse • Taking in deliveries into the warehouse when needed • Sending out goods when required • Finding stock for customers collecting •  Logging sales on their system • Typing quotations  • Receiving and responding to emails • ordering stock.

Anyone with Experience working at a Trade Counter or a small business within a building trade environment and are confident and can communicate well please apply now.
