A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a young and ambitious individual to forge a successful career as a junior Sales Consultant in Plumbing and Heating Studio in their Essex Branch by joining their dynamic, passionate and successful team.

The overall purpose of the role is to support the sales team to convert prospect leads into actual sales while providing exceptional customer service to contribute to the financial success and growth of the company

Position: - Trade Sale Advisor

• Salary: Competitive salary highly depending on experience
• Permanent, full time position
• 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Pension
• Monday-Friday 7am-5.30pm & Saturday 7am-1pm (Required to work every other Saturday)
• 45 min lunch break

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop customer relations to maximise repeat business opportunities
• Advise customers on suitable products, identify and maximise sales opportunities
• Resolve queries on orders/products/returns
• Assist with deliveries in and out of the store
• Keep the tools, accessories & shop products well replenished and merchandised
• Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor
• Check stock levels & advise when stocks are low so they can be re-ordered in time
• Ensure shop is secure at all times
• Make customer deliveries with a company van

Requirements:

• Knowledge/ Interest of all aspects of plumbing materials and trends
• Trade counter experience desirable but not essential.

Interest in developing your career towards plumbing and heating industry

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
• Able to work on own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Driving Licence to drive company van
