ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Offer advice and solutions to customers.
Liaise with a wide range of customers, from Tradespeople to DIY enthusiasts.
Negotiate with suppliers.
Advise on new product ranges.
Take inbound sales calls and upsell where possible.
Update and replenish stock.
Work as part of a team and provide guidance to younger staff where required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience dealing with electrical wholesale products
Strong Product knowledge & customer experience
Experience in a similar role preferred
