A London-based IT Services company is looking to hire a Trade Floor Support Analyst on an initial 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Front Office Trade Floor/Treasury desktop environment - investigation of Front Office related issues and resolving or engaging with application owners to provide effective issue and problem management and rapid resolution.
• Providing 1st and 2nd Line IT Support.
• Provide English language support to colleagues across Front Office EMEA region with awareness of and consideration to differing cultures and/or languages.
• Managing and developing collaborative relationships with other groups within the IT division, locally and globally.
• Provide cover to Trading floor IT support contact number, answering calls, creating tickets, and escalating as required.
• Provide support to walk-up and email requests, dealing with tickets, and escalating as required.
