We are currently seeking a Train Presentation Supervisor to join one of the UK's leading train operators in the North of England with a strong track record of investing in their staff. This is an initial 6-month contract with a great opportunity to be taken on permanently as the organisation continues to expand their workforce.
The Role
As the heartbeat of the cleaning operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the train are presented to the highest standards. As a Train Presentation Supervisor, you will be leading, mentoring and motivating a team on Train Presentation staff as they thrive to meet goals in excellence! Covering 3 depots, you will be coordinating and supervising a team of 30 with the support of team leaders across all sites.
Full flexibility is needed as the role requires you to cover both day and night hours on a roster pattern.

Pay Rate & Benefits
The pay rate for the Train Presentation Supervisor will be at �16.18 per hour on an initial 6-month basis.
This will be on an initial 6-month contract with be prospect of a subsequent permanent position. You will also be provided with a company van therefore a valid driving licence is essential. This is a wonder opportunity to join one of the UK's leading train operators and be lead from the forefront.
About You
If this is a role which has caught your interest, here is what you need to be considered for the Train Presentation Supervisor in West Yorkshire.
Ideally, you have previous experience in a supervisor or leadership role within an operations, facilities or transport background as you will be managing budgets and resource allocations.
Good communication is also a keep element in this role as you will be responsible managing the taskforce and resource to meet daily objectives. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel is welcome as you will be leading the presentation operations at depot level.
Knowledge of COSHH regulation and safety management will be beneficial.
Work is undertaken in a safety critical environment so you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
