Do you have 1 + years' experience preparing accounts and bookkeeping in accountancy practice?
Are you an AAT level 3 or 4, or ACCA with three or less exams completed looking for a role with exposure to Audit?
My clients are looking for either an ACCA or AAT studier to join the team. The workload will be a mix of 40% Accounts & Corporation Tax, 30% Audit, 20% Bookkeeping, 10% Statutory/admin. (The audit work is seasonal)
Their clients range from Shipping companies, Architects, Construction, Retail, Investment companies & Sole Traders with turnovers ranging up to £200mil.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully prepare statutory year end accounts
- Prepare corporation tax computations and CT600
- Assisting on audits were needed
- Day to day bookkeeping
- Supporting Partners with the growth of the firm
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 + years preparing accounts and bookkeeping in accountancy practice
- Audit experience would be useful, but they do not need to have this.
- Study: AAT level 3 or 4, or ACCA with three or less exams completed
- Iris, Xero & CCH experience would be beneficial.
