I am partnering with a forever growing business, with offices based in Uckfield. Being leaders in their field, they are always looking for talented, hard-working professionals to join their fun, social team.
In this brilliant business you will be given vital training and support to enable you to learn, develop and progress throughout the business.
You will be sitting within the Treasury team as an Account Assistant where your day to day duties will be varied including: working with reconciliations, multiple bank accounts, payment queries, invoice processing and speaking to internal and external stakeholders - no two days will be the same!
Typical duties will include:
* Invoice validating
* Preparing invoices for payment runs
* Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
* Allocating receipts
* Dealing with payment queries
* Keeping customer Account information up to date
This varied and interesting role would suit someone who is a good team player, has excellent attention to detail and the determined nature to pick up new processes quickly!
You do not need experience in a similar role, just a genuine interest in a career in Finance or related studies!
Due to the location of this role, you will need to drive and have your own transport to get there. After training, hybrid working is available.
