Trainee Bus Drivers

We love welcoming trainee Bus Drivers to our team in Basildon.

Permanent contract, 38 hours, full time

£13.34 per hour until you are driving on your own without your mentor. This will then increase to £14.40 per hour until 1st April 2024 where it will increase to £15.00. This rate will continue until you have completed one years' service with the Company. After one year, this will further increase to £16.00 per hour.

• a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
