Trainee Case Manager (Assets, Valuations and Transfers)

With a focus on developing the skills and experience required to become a Case Manager within the AVT (Assets, Valuations and Transfers) team, the successful candidate will gain an understanding of the probate support methodologies and processes required to manage a sizable and varied case load.
Through both a self-led and collaborative learning journey, you will develop the skills and expertise required to service our clients with outsourced estate administration solutions specific to assets held in an estate both domestically and overseas. This will include valuation, verification, transfers, and disposal.
Technical work will be carried out independently in-house or managed via partners where we act as an intermediary to offer a client solution.
Alongside on-going training and learning, you will provide support on all case work required and will complete tasks set by Case Managers using our internal software and liaising with clients and customers to provide updates.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing your own caseload, completing client updates, and undertaking technical tasks required on own files.
- Making initial calls to business partners to establish a communication plan.
- Managing case costs against set budgets, including time cost and disbursements.
- Assisting finance with aged debt on completed work.

Salary: 22-24K per annum
Location: Bristol, on-site (hybrid can be discussed on completing probation)
Hours: 37.5 per week, typical office hours are 9am – 5pm
Start date: ASAP
