Responsibilities:
- Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Take orders under pressure
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure food quality
- Monitor and adjust temperature controls as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Assist in other kitchen duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in fast paced takeaway or restaurant setting helpful
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Culinary or hospitality background is helpful
- Ability to work in a team environment
- ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
