Chef / Fryer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Chef / Fryer to join our friendly and professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Supervising and training kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure food quality
- Monitor and adjust temperature controls as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Assist in other kitchen duties as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in fast paced takeaway or restaurant setting essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Culinary or hospitality background is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in supervising or leading a kitchen team is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
