Trainee Composite Trimmer

We have opportunities for a Trainee Trimmer to join our company at our Wellingborough site. We work to the highest standards and our Trim team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.
This is a night shift, working Monday to Thursday. Core hours are 4pm to 2:30am. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 19 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare, cycle to work scheme and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
(You will be offered in-depth training):

• Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals
• Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Has the ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail is essential
• Excellent accuracy level
• Constant aware of health and safety
