Trainee Configuration Engineer

About the role:
Learn the functions of the Master Record Data Centre.Manage and maintain a vital database related to maritime assets.Interpret and extract technical data from drawings, specifications, and publications.Update databases as required to ensure relevance and accessibility.Understand stakeholder requirements within the UK defence community.About You:
Ability to obtain UK security clearance.An interest in the engineering sector, naval ships, and maritime support activities.Proficient in IT, including the Microsoft Office suite.Self-motivated and driven team player with strong communication skills.Some engineering job experience is desirable but not crucial.No formal engineering qualifications required.GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English essential.Overview
