As a Trainee DistilleryOperations Manager, you'll embark on a dynamic learning experience supported by a dedicated mentor to strength and build your leadership capabilities. Throughout the programme, you'll rotate across our diverse sites, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in all aspects of distillery operations and business management. You must therefore be willing to travel and mobile to be located at different sites during your rotations.

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
  • A foundational understanding of distillery operations is advantageous, though not mandatory
