Trainee Fleet Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Fleet Administrator to be based in Toyota Boston. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Basic salary of £25,000 plus benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a busy fleet sales team in the administration and co-ordination of the department.
This key role will be tasked with:
• Liaising with customers and internal departments.
• Organising, prioritising and meeting tight deadlines. For this position interpersonal, organisational and customer service skills are essential.
Whilst knowledge of a Fleet environment would be beneficial, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important to us.
Experience using Microsoft packages is essential, as well as experience working within an office environment and general administration duties.
The person we are looking for will have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills enabling them to successfully liaise with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
