Trainee Herdsperson/College Leaver, Shrewsbury, Shropshire

An opportunity has arisen to join a highly motivated team who look after a herd of 350 high yielding dairy cows by feeding and milking the cows and calves.
You will join the team and learn the skills of a Herdsperson by working closely with the current team members who will give you time and teach you the skills to learn on the job.
The cows are housed and milked twice a day, which you would be assisting with.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to work hard, be a good time keeper, willing to listen and learn and have a good attitude.
Excellent on-farm mobile home accommodation is available to the successful applicant.
