Description
The role of Operations Team Leader will involve:
- Leading and coordinating the logistics team in Wednesbury.
- Working Wednesday to Sunday 21:30-05:30.
- Overseeing logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implementing and maintaining logistics strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Managing and resolving any logistics-related issues.
- Communicating effectively with other departments.
- Providing training and support to team members.
- Reporting on team performance and suggesting improvements.
