Job Description
The role of Operations Team Leader in Birmingham will involve:
- Working Friday-Monday (Friday-Sunday 06:00-18:00 and Monday 18:00-06:00)
- Leading and managing a team of operational colleagues
- Overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Regular and effective communication with the customer
- Implementing process improvements within the department
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinating with other departments to optimise operations and procedures
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance
- Handling any escalated customer service issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Team Leader should have:
- A proven track record in a leadership role within a warehouse environment
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
