Trainee HR Consultant

Permanent / Full Time

£25,000 plus bonus, hybrid working, CIPD training and membership, potential career progression.

From start-up tech firms to high street retailers we work across all sectors and are respected for making the lives of our clients better by taking the stress out of their HR and health and safety issues.

 BeyondHR will provide full training and will fund the appointees’ external training in order that they can attain a CIPD qualification.

About The Role

The Role:

Initially, the job holders would be expected to carry out the following main duties:

• Assist clients recruit the best people to their teams.
• Help clients understand how to best manage their people and comply with the law.
• Draft and prepare HR documentation for Clients.
• Help clients get the most out of their HR management software.
• Any other duties that are within the competence of the jobholder.

These roles will suit ambitious individuals who have some in-house experience of managing people or currently work in a HR administration role and are interested in exploring or advancing a career in HR.

Hours of work, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
