- Monitoring the overall performance of the TPA against targets (SLAs and KPIs) standards and deadlines and ensure remedial action is taken as required
- Working as part of the team and to build open and effective communication with the TPA and our internal business partners to ensure that TA can meet Invesco’s needs and to deliver excellent client service
- Reviewing client facing documentation and working with the team and an outsourced provider to ensure that documents and literature meet client needs
- A willingness to self-learn alongside structured training to proactively build your knowledge of the Investment Industry and the products and services we offer
- Flexible with a willingness to learn and an open approach to new ideas
