My client are passionate about producing the best civil and structural engineering solutions and with an extremely full order book moving forwards, they are looking to recruit a passionate and ambitious junior or trainee CAD Technician in to their close knit permanent team in Christchurch.
This role would suit a motivated and passionate person who wants to work in a supportive company who offer extensive on the job Training & Development alongside college courses to gain qualifications, whilst you learn how to produce structural & steelwork connection drawings.
With exciting projects, a flexible approach and lots of progression available for a passionate and dedicated individual who is motivated to learn & develop, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
The role

• Trainee/Junior CAD Technician (Structural Engineering)
• Production of - structural & steelwork drawings
• Office based role with lots of internal & external Training & Development
• Monday - Friday days based role in Christchurch

The person

• Highly motivated to learn & develop in a junior CAD Technician role
• A genuine interest in a long term career within Structural engineering
• Excellent IT skills (previous CAD experience preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
