Trainee Lettings Manager

Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator with the desire to progress your career within the industry? I have a rare opportunity for a Trainee Lettings Manager in Durham.
My client, a well know estate agency brand, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their well established team in Durham as a Trainee Lettings Manager. As Trainee Lettings manager, you will utilise your knowledge of Lettings to handle all aspects of the day to day Lettings side of the business. In addition, you will be given full training to further your skill set, after which you will also be responsible for conducting lettings valuations, winning new instructions and growing the portfolio. Excellent industry and legislation knowledge is required for this role as well as experience managing a diverse portfolio, including high end properties, whilst maintaining strong long lasting customer relationships.

£21,000 basic salary
£24,000 OTE
