Trainee Lettings Negotiator - £18K-£25K DOE - Knutsford, Cheshire

Our client is a prestigious Cheshire Estate Agency, market leaders in the area and a highly respected brand and they are looking to add a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to their team.

Trainee Lettings Negotiator Job Role:

• Answer enquires via phone and email
• Register and qualify applicants
• Assist clients in letting and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients and tenants
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on market lettings trends and property values in the local area
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the letting process

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
• Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and other documentation accurately and efficiently
• Full UK driving licence and own car

Previous Estate Agency experience is preferred but not required. They are willing to train anyone with a strong desire to succeed in the role.
