Trainee Lettings Negotiator - Leamington Spa - up to £22k basic plus commission

My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over many years. Due to an uplift in their Lettings department, they are looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator who will be fully trained in dealing with front end duties including enquiries from landlords and tenants, booking and carrying out viewings, tying up offers, dealing with applications, preparing move in files and all associated administration.

They are keen to get someone who has previous sales environment experience or feels confident to step into a role which is sales based. They offer a busy and vibrant work environment to someone keen to take on a new role and increase their knowledge and skills within the industry. Basic skills they are looking for are general IT, organisation, sales, diary management. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator they offer training and a chance to work your way up the ladder in your career. This role is customer-facing both in and out of branch, a clean full UK driving licence is required.

Main Duties for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator Role:

• To deal with all enquires in a polite and efficient manner.
• To be responsible for the registration and qualification of applicants.
• Liaising with landlords and prospective tenants.
• Booking and carrying out viewings
• Provide an excellent standard of customer service.

Lettings Negotiator Key Skills Required:

• Possess strong negotiation skills
• Strong IT skills including Excel
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Be motivated and hugely driven
• Hold a full UK licence and car
