We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into aLettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team at Burchell Edwards. This is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings.

Your Role:
As a TraineeLettings Negotiator, You’ll to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let’s through to exchange and completion.
What We're Looking For:
Preferably an experienced sales person, Exceptional customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license.
