Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to identify potential clients interested in unregulated mortgages, bridging loans, second charge mortgages, development finance, and commercial mortgages.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the various mortgage products offered, including their features, benefits, and suitability for different client needs.
- Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with clients to gather necessary information and assess their financial situations.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
- Documentation: Assist clients in preparing and submitting required documentation for mortgage applications.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the mortgage application process.
Preferred Qualifications: (not mandatory)
- CeMap (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice)
- CeRER (Certificate in Regulated Equity Release)
- CPSP (Certified Protection Sales Professional) - Preferred, but not mandatory
