They have a vacancy for a Trainee Property Consultant

They are looking for someone who has the correct mindset to learn on the job, grow within the company and become a full-fledged Property Consultant.

Full training will be given, we just need someone with confidence, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn within a Sales and Lettings environment.
In addition to this good communication skills are essential to effectively convey information, listen actively, and collaborate with others.

The ideal candidate will be expected to familiarise themselves with the local property market, including property values, trends, and regulations.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Learning about the property market and industry trends:
• Attending property viewings
• Assisting with property research and analysis
• Building relationships with clients.
• Assisting with property marketing and promotion: This involves creating property listings, drafting marketing materials, and promoting properties through various channels.
• Supporting the property sales or rental process: Assist with drafting contracts, coordinating property viewings, sale progression and facilitating the negotiation process between buyers and sellers.

Package on offer

• £18,000 basic
• OTE £26-28,000
• Full training

Hours of work -
·5 day working week as detailed below.
Hours:
·Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm
·Friday 9am - 5pm
·Every other Saturday 10am - 3pm with day off in lieu.
Annual Leave:
·20 days annual in addition to bank holidays - no bank holiday working.
